  • Does not guarantee ongoing compliance by any individual

Courts and legal professionals retain sole discretion over all judicial decisions.

3. Scope and Limitations of Inspections

Inspections reflect the condition of the residence solely at the date and time of inspection.
Surety Safe is not responsible for:

  • Changes in occupancy, layout, contents, or access after inspection

  • Undisclosed or hidden hazards

  • Actions or conduct of residents or accused individuals

Inspection reports are valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

By requesting services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Ensure lawful access to the residence for inspection

  • Obtain consent from homeowners or occupants where required

  • Use Surety Safe reports only for their intended court-related purpose

Misuse of reports is strictly prohibited.

  • Interfere with website security or functionality
